I’ve visited Auschwitz-Birkenau in Poland. Been to other forced labor death camps in Germany. They shook me to the core. The Holocaust took the lives of over 6 million innocent people, destroyed countless families, & forever left deep scars.
On #HolocaustRemembranceDay we invite you to have a listen to our incredible friend Max Eisen’s story from Hungary, to Auschwitz, to Canada. It is an epic, gut wrenching, telling of survival. Today, we remember the millions lost and pledge, #NeverAgain.

Perpétuer cette #mémoire n'est pas seulement un devoir, c'est aussi le plus bel hommage que nous pouvons rendre aux victimes tout en permettant de prévenir la résurgence de ces abominables crimes.
Honestly I kinda wish six million of my people would get murdered so I and my actions would be permanently shielded from any kind of serious examination or criticism for all eternity, and any complaints about this would be considered "hate speech". #HolocaustRemembranceDay
On #HolocaustRemembranceDay we honor the survivors and remember the many lives lost during the #Holocaust. This letter from Kurt Anspacher describing his experiences during the Holocaust is part of the Tennessee Virtual Archive, . #neveragain #WeRemember
