Sauté onion and jalapeño in a pan add the eggs after a few minutes, add tomatoes, cheese, and tortilla chips after a couple minutes. Cook until it looks like this just a few minutes till the egg sets and the cheese melts. Sprinkle your favorite salsa over the top.

One chopped up jalapeño
One chopped up medium sized tomato
1/2 chopped onion
Half a cup chopped cilantro
Half a cup grated cheese (jack or cheddar).
Salt and pepper.
Heaping handful of tortilla chips.
